SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are made to order. Once payment is confirmed, please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to be ready. Completed orders are dispatched on Mondays and Fridays.

Domestic Shipping Rates

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY: All orders are sent out with free standard shipping and is estimated to arrive within 3-10 business days.

EXPRESS DELIVERY: Express delivery is done at a flat rate of $15 and is estimated to arrive within 1-3 business days.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping at a $40.00 AUD. Shipping times vary based on location.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. AARD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

LIABILITY

Once your order is in the hands of the post company AARD cannot be held liable for anything that happens during the post process, though we are here to help where we can.

CHECK SHIPPING STATUS

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@aard.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
