REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy with your AARD product, email hello@aard.com.au.

If you need to exchange something for a different size then we are happy to do so for free as long as you cover the postage costs.

If there is an issue with the product that you don't wish to be replaced, a refund can be arranged once the issue is identified and product is returned.

If there is no issue with the product but you decide you don't want it anymore we can offer store credit once the product is returned.

Change of mind returns are not offered on custom pieces.
